Para ello internamente se ha trabajado una programaci\u00f3n que responde a los objetivos propuestos. Adem\u00e1s esto permite ofrecer un trabajo eficiente y sostenido. Es una emisora de car\u00e1cter comunitario-cultural para servir fundamentalmente, aunque no exclusivamente a los habitantes de la Nacionalidad Kichwa. Como toda radio de car\u00e1cter cultural y educativo tiene el importante cometido de educar al pueblo al que se dirige, y por lo mismo exige una constante actitud de autoeducaci\u00f3n a quienes quieren trabajar en ella. Para ello es importante tomar en cuenta, que siendo una emisora alternativa, deber\u00e1 ofrecer un servicio de calidad que le permitir\u00eda integrar \u00a0con el resto de emisoras de la regi\u00f3n
